The expertise from the University of Bolzano includes agricultural science, environmental management, mechanical and industrial engineering, energy, logistics and production, automation and basic sciences; solutions of complex issues related to the sustainable, exploitation of mountain territories and the fields of energy efficiency, food production and food quality control innovation in industrial processes and products. They also contribute the facilities of the Smart Mini Factory and Field Robotics South-Tirol laboratories of the UNIBZ, field scenario for Use Case 3. Their contribution will be to provide requirements, support and validation of the technologies and methods developed in the project, focused on Use Case 3.
